System design, build and support
The core Vensis service: designing, building, then supporting bespoke systems that enable your organisation to improve and grow. We take time understand your opportunities or issues, and how you are currently managing your data and processes. Then, we work with you to set out a way to improve your efficiency, performance and profits.
As all organisations are different, we can either enhance your existing system, or create a new system – integrating with current or other new systems where relevant and possible.

Existing system support

Reporting and management information
Understanding performance is critical to making the right decisions. Capturing and processing data is often so lengthy you don’t have time to take action, or the insights are already out of date by the time you gather them.
At Vensis, we have a long track record of automating organisations reporting needs, including calculating their overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and other measures systematically, enabling real-time, or near real-time, insights. We can pull data from existing systems or data sources to develop static reports, interactive dashboards, alerts, and more, to improve your access to insights and make them a valuable asset. Where you have gaps in your data we can build data capture tools designed around your process.
We do this using tools including Power BI dashboards, pre-formatted PDF reports, Excel exports, email and text alerts and more.
Process Design and Improvement
Reviewing and redesigning processes is core to almost all the work we do. Processes are often driven by the tools and systems users have available to them. We believe systems and processes should be designed together and evolve together. Through careful design we can reduce and often eliminate manual steps, improve data quality and process adherence, and reduce total time taken among other benefits.
Data management
Time should be spent adding value, not collating and processing data. In many organisations, data is unstructured, disparate, and vastly under-used, becoming an unnecessary burden on your time and resources.
